  • What is a reservation?
    Reservations begin on January 10th, 2022. A reservation lets you select your Tige or ATX model and secure a custom build spot, or choose from your dealer's stock inventory.* It is not an actual order and does not guarantee a 2022 production slot if you prefer to order custom. An actual order is placed through your local Tige dealership only.
  • What steps are required to complete my reservation?
    Go online and select your preferred Tige or ATX model, fill out the form for your selected model, and provide credit/debit card details or opt to pay at your local dealership. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide. Based on where you live, your local Tige/ATX dealer will be contacted to inform them of your reservation.
  • How much will it cost to reserve a Tige/ATX?
    A deposit of $500 USD begins your reservation process. Your dealer may have additional terms and conditions depending on the model, financing preferences, etc.
  • Can I select any Tige/ATX Dealer?
    No. Your designated dealer will be assigned to you based on where you live.
  • Can I make changes to my reservation?
    You will be able to make changes and complete your Tige/ATX build at the time you place your order with your dealer.
    *If you would like to choose a different model than originally selected, your dealer will have to check the availability of build spots for the model you would like to switch to.
  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund. To cancel a reservation please contact your local dealer. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 days after a refund is initiated to return to your account. Once you progress from a reservation to an order with a dealer, however, cancellation requests would be at that dealer’s discretion.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
    No. Once you make a reservation it can only be used by you.
  • When can I order my boat?
    You will be able to order your Tige/ATX through your dealer as soon as your reservation is accepted. Custom orders must be confirmed by March 1, 2022.
  • When will I take delivery of my boat?
    Based on availability. For more information please reach out to your dealer.
  • What happens to the reservation deposit once I order?
    The reservation deposit will be handled by your dealer along with the other details of your Tige/ATX purchase.
  • Am I buying directly from Tige Boats, Inc.?
    No. The purchase agreement will be between you and the dealer, not you and Tige Boats, Inc..
  • Will you share my reservation information with my dealer?
    Your reservation information will only be shared with your designated dealership. Please see our privacy policy at https://www.tigeboats.com.au/privacy-policy
  • Is the $500 refundable?
    Yes, automatically with reservation cancellation. *Your reservation will automatically be terminated if your order has not been placed by March 1, 2022.
  • Will reservations be fulfilled in the order placed?
    Reservations will be fulfilled based on your local dealers' availability.

Every reservation is subject to your dealers inventory levels and production spots that may or may not already be filled. By completing the reservation process, you are not ordering or purchasing a boat until you place an order with a dealer. Participation in the program does not guarantee your boat delivery.
